My sister bought a bed from you which I tried and found satisfactory. I went to your store and the assistant came SMILING(I'm sick of sour-faced assistants) towards us and politely inquired if she could be of assistance. She asked what type of bed we wanted then showed us several in the size in a range of softness. We tried one at a time until we found the right one. She asked if we needed a headboard and showed us several. Then we went to the desk to pay. She explained terms in a professional way. Not patronising because I'm old, nor talking like a robot reciting from a script. She didn't try to push the insurance like most shops, which made me receptive to buying the pillows. I noticed the bedding and will return to buy it next week. She was genuinely nice and willing to help without fawning.

Tessa was very informative ,polite and quick.

The person which help us was very helpful understood what we wanted and gave us different options to think about and different price ranges explained about the difference types of mattresses and how they were made and worked.

We went to the Dreams Haringey branch where we were greeted by Tessa who was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us plenty of time to look around and was there to answer our questions when we needed her. She even offered us tea and coffee which was lovely. Overall we were highly satisfied with her knowledge and excellent customer service skills. The whole process went smoothly from placing the order till delivery. Thank you so much Dreams and keep up the good work. We will definitely be going back.
