Ash was superb not pushy but highly knowledgeable about the products

Every time i have visted the store, the staff have been helpful but not too pushy. Sharon assisted me when i visited to actually make the purchase of a bed that i had seen online. She helped me to find a suitable mattress within my budget and explained how procedures work in relation to delivery, assembly etc. She was able to answer my questions confidently and had good knowledge of the products.

I was highly satisfied because the agent was kind and patient. He took his time to explain the different mattresses and bed frames. And he even offered advice.

Despite being a busy Sunday, the staff were attentive and patient. Jalal made us comfortable and explained the various options clearly. We could try as many beds as necessary and Jalal worked hard to help us make our final decision.

Sales people were nice and helpful, made us cup of tea was nice touch.

We found the 2 assistants (Elif and Tessa) to be most helpful and obliging. They answered our queries and provided the product information we asked for. And they also assisted to take some of the products to our car.

The assistant gave us his undivided attention and provided us with tea and coffee whilst processing our order. He answered our questions and was friendly and attentive.

The assistant Sharon knows what customer service is all about. I was in the store for 2.5 hours! Sharon was patient, very knowlegeable about the products, polite and friendly. She allowed me to try out each bed I was interested in - which was quite a few - while she went to help other customers, but always came back to me within 10 minutes. At one point, she was dealing with three customers, and she did it very professionally. She made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, not rushed, and even made time to make us all a cup of tea. I have always worked in customer service, and it is very rare nowadays to get the impeccable service I received. I can honestly tell you, it was a "dream" to shop at Dreams!

We were sold only what we needed

The sales person was very corteous,kind,friendly and very knowledgeable of the items he was selling. He was very thorough in the way he explained about the items and had a great deal of patience.
