Really helpful and friendly staff who tried to meed our needs and budget. This is the second bed we buy at dreams and I believe that its a real added value to come into a store and talk to your staff rather than ordering online. One of few businesses where we really need real stores to stay in business! Would definitely recommend friends to buy their bed here.

The person who assisted me understood exactly what I was looking for. She's was very helpful and patience. She offered me to try different types of what I was looking for and once I decided what I wanted the check out process was nice and easy. She explained everything to me.

We were talked through the options by a pleasant and patient shop assistant Tessa who clearly knew a lot about the products she is selling.

The staff member who served me was very professional and extremely helpful. My only disappointment was the delivery date of furniture, but I fully understood it's made on order, hence the delay.
