Jalal the sales assistant was super helpful and stick with us the entire 2hrs in the shop helping us to choose the best Tempur mattress product suitable for us. As we were interested to buy a bed as well, he showed us the beds options within our budget. In general, he was extremely chatty, knowing the precise details in range of products. He definitely made our experience more pleasant and we thank him for that.

Sharon was very helpful from start to finish when we in store. She listened to our needs, advised us and gave us space and time to test out the different mattresses and was very knowledgable about the products on display and answered questions to help inform our decision.

The gentleman Noor & the lovely lady Tessa offered me a massive welcome & two lovely coffee's, the whole experience even though I bought linen and pillows, I felt like I was being offered much more like my personal comfort and the feeling of being cared for is definitely here in Dreams.
