The assistant who served us was very helpful, knowleagible and pleasant. Efficient and explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy and we were made to feel very welcome. I had already had a look on your website, so did have an idea of what I wanted to purchase.

The rep; Ash; was very knowledgeable, as I discussed my requirements he was able to update his advice. His knowledge of the products was in depth and the accessories that worked with that product. He took me through the payment options and explained everything thoroughly.

Dealt with straight away very helpful and friendly in helping choose a mattress went for only a double mattress but ended up with a mattress bed frame & pillows I am very happy with my purchase today.
