Going into Dreams was not on to Do List that day. But while driving through Harringay, I saw Dreams and decided to check it out for some mattresses. I am so glad I went in, because they had all the mattresse to comapare with and Ash was really helpful in answering all my questions. He has a very good knowledge of the mattresses. I ended up buying 2 Double Bedgebury mattresses. Ash did all the paperwork patiently, methodically and thoroughly and explained as he went along. The whole process was seamless and pleasant. Thank you Ash and thank you Dreams!

The assistant in the store, Jalal, was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. He took time to understand what we wanted and made sure we chose the right products for us. He was polite and patient as we tried almost every bed in the store and offered us a drink as it was a very hot day. As one of us was observing Ramadan, Jalal let him use a space for prayer. We can't thank him enough for his help.

Assistant Tessa was very helpful and made purchasing bed stress free. Also very friendly and asked whether required a hot drink while we were in the store.

I was highly satisfied as i got shown exactly what i was looking for by the sales man Jalal and received a very good if not exellent customer service me and my family.
