Incredibly sweet and accommodating shop assistant named Tessa Jobity. Clearly knows the products very well and her aim was to make sure I choose the right mattress for my very problematic back, rather than sell me the most expensive one. Very respectful and patient and just overall created a positive experience at the Harringay shop.
