The colleagues were lovely. They were very attentive and asked excellent questions as they tried to find the right mattress for our needs.i think it was a really nice experience.

Assistant was very attentive. Explained the combinations of divan/no of drawers/headboards available etc gave me plenty of time to decide and went over my combination- and explained at length the areas such as delivery options etc. I left a library book behind in store- and got a phone call alerting me....now that's customer service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful is the first time I’m buying a bed and I really don’t know how how it works but sale assistant solve my problem.Only one things will be good if ur company do the as assemble for fee I bought a bunk bed I haven’t got no one to assemble it you charge £50 for assemble which I think is very expensive as a customer paid lots of money for the your product can’t pay another £50 more for that.Let hope you will solve this problems as asual.Thank you
