Very helpful staff Happy with order Delivery is a little long and would have liked two hour time slots to choose from like you would Argos or a super market. All day is inconvenient. Also would have liked free pillows as these were available on line but not in store.

We found what we were looking for and the shop rep was very helpful and answered all our questions and helped us make a decision based on our needs.

I've never bought a mattress before and I never thought I would spend this much money on it. I did because the price was good for the value I received and the in store stuff was helpful. Thank you.

Every stage of the process from browsing in store to placing the order, post purchase communications and delivery was like clockwork. Other stores should take note - it is rare these days to feel that customer experience is central but Dreams certainly makes sure it is!
