Highly satisfied with the way staff, Sharon and Ash dealt with the order. They were both efficient, knowledgeable and courteous in their approach, and made our visit to the store a pleasure.

Tessa is the woman who served me, and she was absolutely amazing. Straight from the offset, she was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her product knowledge was immaculate. Her sales skills was not overbearing. In addition, she gave us all payment options that best suited myself and my partners needs. She is a true professional and takes pride in her work.

The store I visited was Haringey, the Customer Service Advisor that assisted me is named Sharon, who demonstrated excellent knowledge of the product I was purchasing and explained in great detail so that I could understand. Sharon demonstrated professionalism and has first class customer service skills. I have a medical condition and Sharon was patient with me and took this into consideration to provide with the information needed to purchase my bed and mattress. I am very impressed with the level of Customer service that Sharon provided. and I will be visiting the store again. In addition, I will recommend Sharon to my family and friends. Sharon offered me a cup of tea and it was exactly the way I like it. I was very impressed.

The assistant understood the items that he was selling, plus he left us alone to decide what we wanted and never followed us around, but was there when we were ready to buy, and explained the items to us in great detail.
