We was looking for a bed frame and mattress with a tight budget (with best comfort) Tessa was able to find us the best deal. Tessa was very patient and listened to our requirements. We was able to get student discount using the App recommended by Ash, giving us great value. Overall both Tessa and Ash provided great customer service and made us feel valued.

I was highly satisfied with friendly welcoming I received at the store ,customer service assistant was very knowledgeable of the product i wanted and gave me the best deal to suit my need

The sales assistant had a good product knowledge, he was patient and accommodating. All staff were welcoming and there was a good choice. Overall good experience. Slight wait for a computer to put order through, this was the only drawback, there should have been more terminals especially on a fairly busy Sunday.

The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable of the beds and mattress, she directed us to our perfect mattress that we are very pleased with. She was friendly and very kind, she was helpful and made us f el very welcome.
