The depth of knowledge from the assistant was clear and thorough, he recommended at least 3 different options of bedding types even with visual representation and demonstration. All in all perfect service

Our saleswoman was, my and I partner came to the store as we needed a mattress, but had no idea about them, she explained everything to us, and showed us both all the different varieties which we were able to try. Great service, hopefully we will love our new mattress when it arrives next week

My partner and I visited the Dreams store in Green Lanes to purchase a sofa. Tessa was very attentive and offered us tea and coffee while we waited for her to finish up with her customers. Once free, she came and spoke with us and was very knowledgeable about the product and described in great detail the delivery process for ordering to a new flat with no agreed completion date. Once we decided to purchase, Tessa walked us through all of our options and answered all of our questions in great detail. The sofa itself is well made and matched very well how it looked online. As we purchased during the black Friday period, we also got 20% off which is great! We very much look forward to receiving it in a few weeks. Overall a great and successful visit to Dreams.

The member of staff was very friendly let us try the beds and he was very experienced. I would rate him 5 star.

she gave us all 100 % customer service and she was honest with us about the amount of space we have with the bed we pick and listened to what tpye of bed we wented

We were allowed to take our time in making a decision and were not pressured into buying extras we did not want to at that time (we will buy a headboard at a later date). Our specific needs of moving into a new build were accommodated. An offer made by the Chelmsford branch was honoured at the Harringay Green Lanes branch, which was useful in that we were not tied to one particular store. Given we had been in the store for a long time we were offered coffee when sitting down to make the order. We left the store having achieved more than we had expected to (which was just to buy the mattresses but we were also able to buy the accompanying divans). The staff were very flexible with the structure of how we paid and specifying our delivery.

Good choice of mattresses

Customer service was great... found exactly what I was looking for. The price was reasonable.
