I received the service and assistance I wished to receive and the staff member who helped me was friendly, competent and attentive

Muhibul was extremely helpful and friendly. He is very knowledgable about the products in the store and took time to explain the differences between the items we were browsing, in our case a mattress and a bed. He offered us tea and coffee and he also made sure we understood the stores discounts which was a welcome offer! All in all we had a very nice experience and we will be back in the new year again now that we have decided the size of the bed that will fit my son's room! We came away with a mattress in the mean time and having slept on it for the first time last night I can say Muhibul's recommendation was spot on!! It is so nice to find friendly staff and a relaxing store still exist! Well done Dreams Team!

Store was quiet, had a wide selection of beds, staff were friendly but not pushy

The member of staff was very helpful in explaining the differences between the firmness of the mattresses and the differing sizes. She also gave me plenty of time to make my decision and was there for any questions that I had. She also encouraged me to lie on the mattresses, which definitely helped my decision. The member of staff that placed the order was equally helpful and very friendly. His knowledge of the products on sale was also excellent and at no time did I feel pressured during the completion of the purchase.
