The advisor who helped me, smiled as he approached me listened to what I wanted and was looking for. And put me at ease, as I tested various beds in the store. He had product knowledge and excellent customer service. He put me at ease, as I was not sure which type of mattress to purchase, and never once felt pressured to make a purchase. I was totally impressed and happy with the purchase.

Number 1 the assistant didnt pressure me in any way and let me take my time trying mattresses. He knew a reasonable amount about the product and enough to help me choose. He explained finance deals satisfactorily and there were products in store to suit my budget although not many. Delivery time was quick and finance payment arrangements was done pretty quickly.
