We thought that the attentiveness of the staff was excellent but we were allowed to try matresses without being pressurised into buying we made our decision on our own but knew that there was someone on hand if we needed assistance when we made our choice we was offered refreshments and was given free pillows as a thank you

The staff member who dealt with me was very knowledgeable and she had a lot of patience. Seems like nothing was a problem for her - her customer service was excellent.
