Dreams - Haringey

My wife and I went to the store in Harringay (Green Lanes, London), after a lengthy spell of buying unsatisfactory mattresses. Tessa, our salesperson, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of finding the right mattress. She was patient, knowledeable and a joy to speak with. She gave us time and never rushed us- encouraging us to think about it and spend our time feeling the mattresses out. Even though it was near the end of the day, we didn't feel rushed, and felt like she genuinely cared about us as clients. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I really liked the store in Green lanes and it had exactly what I needed and the service was delightful. Me and my girlfriend were shopping for a bed together and we found the exact one we wanted. I found the best offer and I didn't know Dreams also takes my bed and frame for £25. It's great as I believe in Recycle. Great service, great shop. Overall it was my first time shopping in Dreams.

It was a very hot day and hot in the store and Sharon the lady that delt with us made us feel at ease telling us to take off our coats and getting us some water before we started to view the beds and offed us more before we brought our mattress she was very helpful and helped us to choose the right mattress for us

Julian was very good - talked with me and showed me products that might meet my needs without any pressure to go beyond my budget. I felt comfortable to talk with him and to spend lots of time trying out mattresses that might suit me.

Overwhelmingly Julian, our sales assistant was wonderful. He sat and listened to what I was looking for and recommend the perfect mattress. His customer service was great, we even enjoyed a cup of tea and a chat after the sale had been completed. If he is not store manager, then he should be. Thank you Julian.
