I am Highly Satisfied with my experience at Dreams because Tessa the assistant at the Haringey Branch was brilliant. From the digital mapping for the right bed for my body, to processing a prompt payment for my new bed, she was A-star.

Was assisted but Julienne at the Harringay Green Lanes branch and he was brilliant! Honestly didn't expect him to be so helpful and so comical when I first walked in. Really helpful, I have terrible back pain and said I've been struggling with my mattress for a while so he programmed that sleep machine thingy to test out which mattresses would be the best for me, was genuinely shocked that my ideal mattresses were very firm. Thankfully though it showed me mattresses that I would never have considered before and I ended up buying the new Lemon one. He knows his products, he's very honest and cracks jokes which really helps when you're going through the full finance bit. Also very impressed with the delivery time, which was only one week - which means in less than a week I should hopefully not be waking up with chronic body pain again.

Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly.

Staff were very friendly and took the time to understand my needs, without just trying to sell me the most expensive product. They provided the right amount of help, while giving me time to browse and try out the mattresses. Overall it was a good shopping experience.
