Dreams has variety of beds so it was easy to get what you looking for. And staff was very helpful as they asked if I needed any help as soon as I walked in to shop. We had help from Sharon that she was really helpful and had good knowledge. She directed us really good to get what we wanted. And she was very quick to do the paperwork so we didn’t have any stress at all. Thanks to Sharon.

Well me and my partner was just outside for the weekend looking around the shops didnt even think to purchase a bed which we needed. We went in to dreams and saw our "dream" bed that had 32 inch samsung tv and looked to eachother and left the store after that we couldnt forget it and gone back in and purchased it as buy now pay later and the advisor "Ash" was great and so friendly. He made us fully understand the credit plan and our experience was %10000

I was mainly highly satisfied with Julien who served us. He was friendly, likable, helpful, and was never pushy or 'sales-y'. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed so we could take our time trying as many mattresses as we liked. We also enjoyed the computer system thing that analysed what mattresses would suit us best.

I had the undivided attention of the salesman imediately. He knew the products and directed us to relevant items including the one purchased which was something we wouldn't have throught of. We very advised of other products but never pushed to purchase. There was plently of time to make our descions. The sales process was straight forward and the salesman was careful to check things and assertain our preferances. The "paperwork " was emailed to us straight away. Everything was clearly explained to us. It was a very pleasnt shoping experience. I'm looking forward to getting my new mattress
