Sharon was very helpful,friendly and understanding. She gave me the best of options. She knew what to say regarding beds.

My wife and I visited your Haringey store to look for a new king size mattress for our bed. We were greeted by a lady called Sharon who was amazing. She advised us to use the machine to determine which mattress would be best for us. While we were on the bed, she played with our 4 month old son and was incredible with him too! This was our first visit on a list of places to find a mattress but we decided that as Sharon was so good, we should definitely come back to get the mattress she helped us pick. When we came back a few days later, we again spoke to Sharon. She offered us tea and coffee, processed our order very quickly and provided us with a free mattress protector (we had recently bought new pillows and a duvet). She also offered us the extra cover for our mattress but we declined. Overall our experience with dreams was amazing and we would happily recommend it to anyone.
