I was really impressed with Roshan. I had no idea about mattresses and he was very patient, informative and knowledgeable about which would be suitable for me and my son- we purchased 2 beds. He answered all our questions and gave a few options on various mattresses and bed frames. He was polite and very helpful, an absolute asset to Dreams. We walked away very satisfied with the product and service.

Haringey London 2nd November 2021 Jalal, 192AO25186, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the products in-store. He gave us the time and space to make our decision. Jalal was not patronising when explaining or when asked questions.  He answered with politeness and patience. A credit to your organisation. In fact all staff encountered on our visit made us felt valued and welcome. A very pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service, very helpful but let me browse without pressure

Staff very friendly and took time to explain different products. He is very patient with us. These of the machine able to assess the type of mattress was I thought very helpful and innovative in choosing the right matress for us.

I was met straight away by Julien, he was polite and asked if I knew what bed I needed and as I have arthritis, he suggested I use the machine to help find which mattress would be suitable. He was very patient as I spent some time deciding between two mattresses, and he spent some time explaining what the mattress was made of and how it would benefit me. After some light hearted chat . I bought a mattress and luckily it was on sale, as it was quite expensive.

The gentleman who delt with me was very clear. He was helpful and listened to me. I didn't quite know what I wanted but once I spoke to him and went on the bed for 3 minutes to see what you needed it all came very clear once all was explained. Also very professional.
