Straight forward and helpful staff

The experience is very nice I like the beds

I actually did not know there was a dreams shop in that area, but as I already have a dreams bed, I thought to find out if it will be easy to order my daughter's bed and bedding in store, and to be frank I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received, it gave me confidence to place my order there and then. Thank you so much for an excellent service.

Sharon was welcoming, helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. She had great suggestions to our concerns and problems. She made what could've been a stressful shopping experience a complete bliss and rather fun!

Visited this north london store with my dad to find the perfect new bed and mattress, the sales advisor/customer service agent who greeted us named julien was very friendly, informative and attentive throughout. He asked us some key questions in regards to preference and directed us onto a specialist device to ascertain the best style of mattress suited to my dads personal needs. (Lower mid back complaints) On completion of test we browser and tested out several types of mattress to find the perfect match. Refreshments were offered and a surprise complimentary pillow added to our order was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and colleagues if they asked about where to purchase a new bed. Fantastic overall experience Many Thanks Mr Moss

My partner and I were served by Tessa (Dreams - Harringay Green Lanes), who was very helpful and informative. We previously had a very disappointing experience at another bed store so were very glad to be helped quickly and with great customer service.

We received very prompt attention, very helpful explanations and advice from Ash, and he left us on our own for as much time as we needed and he didn't press us, Th8iis meant we could decide very quickly.

Ash knew what he was talking about showed us what we needed and made everything really simple. Good tea too!
