The sales assistant Julian was extremely efficient and helpful. From the time we entered the store we were given his dedicated attention and escorted though the process of finding exactly the right mattress for our needs. All in all it was a great experience and we ended up with exactly what we needed.

I had prior knowledge to what I wanted to look at but wasn't sure of the mattress I needed. The staff recommended the sleepmatch machine to assist me and I went with the 'firm' suggestion, when I was trying out the different mattresses I wasn't rushed or given a 'hard sell', I was allowed to take my time, try the mattresses again if needed. In fact I felt the sales team were helpfully recommending products but not being overly pressurising during my entire visit, which I had felt at competitor's stores and had resulted in putting me off buying from other stores.
