The customer service was excellent from the point of entering the store to the end of transaction. I was directed to where the hand sanitizer was and the assistant listened to my needs. She gave the appropriate advise and allowed me make my choice without any pressure. Even though it was almost time to close the store, the assistant did not make me feel uncomfortable but attended to me ensuring I understood the contract I was signing. Above all she has a lovely sense of humor

Jalal in Harringey Green Lanes was so helpful during my visit to Dreams. He gave me so much helpful information about the sleep match results, what will suit me best, my budget and so on then went onto to help me pick a suitable guest bed for the new house and explained what finance options I had available.
