Tessa was attentive, professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. I dislike shopping as find decision making a challenge. Tessa guided me through the different types of mattresses after I'd had the assessment done and her product knowledge was exemplary. The prices were competitive and I was happy that I made a saving. I particularly liked the fact that I could pay a little extra for someone to assemble the bed at my home.
