We arrived at the shop today at 3pm, and it was really hot weather, the salesman called ASH seeing my pregnancy immediately offered us some fresh cold water, then asked us what the problems there was with our old mattress and let us use the machine to see which of the mattresses could go well for us. after a careful study of our body he showed us the mattresses which we would feel most comfortable on. we fell in love with a mattress and we bought straight away without any doubt,then he showed us some super comfy memory foam pillows we bought aswell. he offered us the possibility to pay in convenient rates, insurance and exchange. it couldn't go any better. in the future we will definitely return to buy from dreams. special thanks to Ash who was loving and helpful in all of our requests.

Despite the fact that the staff member was on her own, she dealt with each customer in a professional and emphatic way. However, there was someone helping her , we might not have had to wait as long as we did. This was not the fault of the staff member but she had to serve customers by herself and lock the doors at it was nearly 6 . Its too much work for one person.
