Jaial was the person who served me I found him very helpful and had excellent knowledge about the product I was buying.

Needs were met. Friendliness of staff. Measured my sleep position with simulation in order to find right mattress.

Was shown to the bed test and given a quick explanation of the service. Then carried out the test and was shown around the store to 'test-drive' the beds. Covid restrictions were in place but didn't impact the experience. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.

I was the first customer and the staff great me with friendly manner. He offered me to chake the sleep machine and advised me which ones much with me. He also explained about the mattre. He offered me a bottle of water. He also recommended me pillows and bought. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly I was about to go to work. one's i moved home i would like to go back in the store end of January to purchase matress for my kids.

The item all cleared display. Also the promotion and the price is clear furthermore the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Item I wanted was available in store for viewing. The product I purchased was able to be delivered within 1 week.
