The gentleman that helped was so attentive genuinely helpful & caring...talked me through everything, also another member of staff asked if i would like a drink of water as in was rather stuffy in the face mask.. the first member of staff had already asked if i wanted a drink too. Very happy with the service this is the second bed bought from this store and both times my experience has been pleasant... members of staff go above & beyond to help. Thank you

The staff were very helpful. They acknowledged us straight away and made us feel welcome. They helped us find what we were looking for and advised us of the different types of mattresses we were looking at. We selected the one we wanted and all was dealt with in a professional and helpful manner. We had purchased what we were looking for and left happy with what we bought and with the service we received. Lovely staff
