I placed my order over the phone and was very impressed with the time and attention provided by Ash the sales assistant, he was so polite and went through the order with great care and patience, nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely pleasant sales assistant whixh made the ordering experience over the phone to simple and stress free. Overall, fantastic customer services was provided at a high standard 10 out of 10. In addition I also spoke with another sales assistant Tessa who also was very helpful and polite. Lovely helpful staff especially Ash, superb skills in customer services and really listening to the cusomers needs and specifications as I had explained that I have limited space etc and purchased 2 divan bases for my sons. I ended up valling back again to place an additional order for a double divan ottoman and additional extras, matress, headboards, etc. Ash even went as far advising with the colour match to match my mocha sofa. Outstanding service. The manager of Dreams in Haringey should be proud to have such a great team, specifically Ash and Tessa. Star employees.

The gentleman that helped was so attentive genuinely helpful & caring...talked me through everything, also another member of staff asked if i would like a drink of water as in was rather stuffy in the face mask.. the first member of staff had already asked if i wanted a drink too. Very happy with the service this is the second bed bought from this store and both times my experience has been pleasant... members of staff go above & beyond to help. Thank you
