The experience was really good I was given a warm smiley welcome by the whole team. Julien then did the sleep analysis thing with me which I was sceptical about but was actually was quite accurate and then he took me round to all the mattresses and stayed with me while I was trying for when I wanted to move on. There was some stuff he didn’t know but he went and found out for me, you can’t ask for any more. Ultimately that’s why I purchased from you guys because I went to a couple of other places to try other brands that also carried the brand I purchased and did not get the same level of interest or attention.

Was served by a lovely lady called Tessa she made my journey so easy. Would happily go back the Dreams for a mattress in the neat future. Thank you.

Excellent customer support, very helpful without being intrusive while we browsed, listened to what we said we needed and met those needs. Also impressive speed and helpfulness in placing the order and arranging delivery.

The gentleman took his time to assistance and help us find the best product even though the shop was closed and his shift was over

The Staffs are always respectful and helpful. This is my third time to buy bed and Mattress in the same shop.

The members of staff who helped us was fabulous, his name was Jalal, he was helpful, but not overbearing or pushy, helped us think and gave us time, and helped us with all the questions we had.

I was very satisfied with the help that was given to me by both of the staffs on duty. At no time was I bored waiting ,we were all having a friendly chat while waiting for my decision. This is what I called excellent customer service.
