Our visit was very successful. Me and my partner we found the prefect mattress for us. Staff wa very professional, they know how to do customer service. We weren't stalked or anything. Weve been ask for a help but first we just wanted to have a look. In the meantime of our hunting we decited to ask couple of questions and we've got answers which made us choose the mattress. Weve been served by Jalal he was very friendly, helpful and professional. He helped us out untill the end, all the ordering went very smooth and easy. Our delivery time was only 5 days so I was very happy. My partner and I were highly satisfied because of how friendly the staff were - I think they were understaff but handled all customers queries', including ours, brilliantly, with time, care and efficiency. They sensitively closed the shop when it became too busy and explained this to the people queuing outside, and were really helpful in helping us understand what to buy, prices etc. I would really really recommend the Haringey Dreams store, and were surprised by and happy about our experience there!
