Dreams - Haringey

Had little time to consider options but was encouraged to place order as was told I would have "48 h to change my mind". Placed order as shop was closing but had no time to read small print and was just asked to sign documents. Went home and read review of bed ordered which was poor. Rang store first thing next morning saying I wanted to cancel my order. Told I could not cancel but could only change it for another mattress in the store. I explained that the review was poor and that there were no other firm mattresses available without memory foam. Store manager became rude and Dismissive, saying I needed to phone customer services. phoned customer service s right away but it was closed.

I was satisfied with the service.
