I asked if I could collect an order from the Enfield branch to which I was told no ( I had done so with my bed frame so was a bit confused) and then when home realised I could have ordered online to receive free delivery. I'm not satisfied with this particular part of my service. Overall although I feel this info was missed the store assistant was friendly, helpful & patient but somewhat dishonest to the fact we could have saved £40 delivery!

The divan base was faulty and I had to wait 6days for a replacement which was inconvenience for me and I had to sleep on the settee

Vague and long times for delivery. I do not know when the bed will be delivered. I have to phone the store in December, because they can't deliver in two weeks before I go away. I now regret buying from Dreams. Oak Furniture Village are able to deliver in 7 days.

My initial visit was to purchase a whole bedroom set of furnitures and bed set. Sadly the range was really poor and not really up to the modern standards so therefore did not purchase and furniture. There was one bed I was really interested in however it wasn't available in black leather. I opted in for the brown 4"6 bed (double). Initially I was told this was £249. Later to only find out its £299 and also I was told the delivery will be 8th August to be only told after I paid for the bed it will be end of August. This was really disappointing. The price of the bed of misleading cause the information was given by new member of staff so I accepted and acknowledged that as from personal experience as a manager can understand mistakes happen. However we all know that there is this saying ''do what is best and right for your customers'' The manager was polite but I felt like he could have done more. I was really annoyed to only find out after I paid that the delivery will be at the end of August not the beginning. The refund process was not complicated but think it's silly that I have to call customer care to get a refund.

The representative forgot to add on the matress cover in the finance agreement and despite how much I sepnt they gave me the option to pay for it separtely or redo the entire fianance agreement. Where I felt that there mistake and teh value of the order they could have at the least discounted it for free. I spent way too much time in the store exceeded the 2hr parking limit. It went from good customer service to profit margins.

Not all the beds was on display and only had half of the bed on show. Secondly the sales assistant Tessa Jobity from the Haringey store did not explain full the terms and conditions before buying the product. She advised me that I can CANCEL my order within 48hours if I change my mind, I asked her this again before I made my final payment and she told me yes. Now when I called up on 17/04/17, I was told by Customer Services I can not cancel my order or get my money back if I no longer want the item or dislike it. I feel I have been deceived by the sales assosicate who was just after a quick sale and was in tears on the phone to customer service as it was her word against mine. I will raise this with the Retail Ombudsman and make it known on twitter, facebook and trust pilot about this awful experience. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH DREAMS AGAIN!
