Because I knew what I wanted so really my score has no bearing on the staff/store.

I was seen promptly and my questions were answered and I found what I was looking for.

Don't do that much shopping but I was satisfied with helpfulness of staff, were polite and friendly

Did not expect to pay as much but realised the price of beds have considerably increased in price since my last purchase.

Found the store itself a bit bare and decor quite budget. We are moving area hence why I would not specifically revisit this store.

Customer care and service was great but only wished I had more discount. Overall experience was positive and easy, I brought along my 9 month old niece and I can say she's a bit of a handful and quite expressive. The staff at hand were very sweet and understanding which makes the transaction and service top notch!

great service from Green Lanes store (I believe her name was Elda) but not very good service in your Tottenham Court Road store

The products available for my price range were limited. The staff were friendly and helpful although the specific advice they gave about what to look for when finding a mattress was limited

Too many personal questions asked. I felt people could hear all my information and I left feeling vulnerable I could become a victim of identity fraud. A member of staff stood behind the desk I was sat at with the staff member who was serving me. The member of staff behind was writing on her phone every time I was asked my address, telephone, date of birth etc and it made me feel concerned. The desk next to ours was too close and they were listening also to my personal information

There was quite a bit of disruption in the background coming from an overhead gym. So my concentration was impaired and as I have limited vision and mobility problems Ihope I have the right bed and equipment to help support better sleep and manoeuvre.
