The sales assistant Sharon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She listened to my requirements and was able to show me products in line with what i wanted.

When I returned one of the pillows I bought for my wife, the Assistant managed to discourage me with excuses that it might have been used/ had a different smell--anyway cannot allow me to exchange it for a higher grade of pillow. I brought the pillow back when the Manager, Stuart was in store and he graciously allowed me to upgrade the pillow. Thanks

I was impressed with how attentive staff were, and how they tried to help me find the right product. I felt respected.

I was disappointed that I wasn't given a larger discount - the system would not allow it. It was NOT the fault of the assistant - she tried her best. Dissatisfied with the long delivery date.

Went on to warren evans and saw the same product at a lower price. The pillows used for testing should have a disposal cover for infection precaution and hygine.

Not alot of variety of headboards, not up to date with trends.

I would have liked a bigger selection to try out, within my price range in the store . I selected a memory foam topper mattress and I think there was only one in store to try.

The application for credit took a long time as did the information needed by the dreams team. i was offered a beverage but felt that the overall experience took way too long, felt like i had been in the store for a really long time- a long process.

There was noting in particular that caused me to be dissatisfied. It was a fairly routine experience in the sense that I knew that I was going to buy a mattress, and that I wanted a firm one at the appropriate price-point. The staff in-store were very nice and accommodating, and, you'll like to hear they managed to up sell a Tempur pillow to me for £85, by giving me one to try out when testing the mattress.

I was very pleased with the service I received. However there were a couple of small things I would like to mention. Firstly, I was shown the most expensive mattress first! Of course it was amazing and I wish I could have got it, but it was way out of my price range! However after explaining this I was shown some other mattresses (I ended up spending £380 more than intended so very good sales from Tweku!) he was very helpful. We did have a small hiccup after he counted the cash I gave as £100 less than I had gave him but we got there in the end! I would have liked a quicker delivery (next day would have been fantastic!!) or at least knowing the time before the day of delivery as it means I am taking a day of work for the delivery. Overall I am very excited about getting me new mattress!
