I was charged for delivery but according to your website delivery should be free on orders over £100 - https://www.dreams.co.uk/delivery-information - I was trying to email customer services but can't find an email address. I replied to the confirmation email - but only noticed today it's a 'Noreply' - why use a Noreply for customer services where people may need to reply? It's very annoying!

It took too long to process the order and because of this I was worried about getting a parking ticket. Although I haven't heard about that yet. The forms seemed to have repeat questions which could have probably been transferred from one form to the other automatically if the software allowed.

Limited delivery dates, not a lot of available days, next available date was 2 weeks for delivery

The delivery is supposed to include removal of packaging. The men were rude, annoyed and refused. When I called to complain, the 'manager', Ash, he said he would check it out and get back to me the next day. That was a month ago. He didn't care and he proved it.

While the sales colleague was attentive and offered lots of information, there was still a lot of patter and sales jargon
