The service was friendly and professional, what one would expected from a sales person.

The credit confirmation took about half an hour or more. The lady assisting me was good but her colleagues were giving her conflicting advice. E.g. claiming I needed a proofs I did not need to be accepted

The pillows to try were quite dirty and the pillow I liked was out of stock. However, one member of the staff quickly resolvedthe issue by offering to deliver the product to my home. Also I hope there will be a larger cariety of pillows in the future

Very small selection of sofa beds in store, was interested to buy one but only few available to view.

I purchased a dream bed 2 years ago and there was a fault luckely i had 10yr insurance but i was only offered 10% off my next purchase which is not good as the fault in the bed was due to the wood used it had expanded and cracked i had a upolster visit even he was shocked to see as this only happens if poor quality wood was used. I am upset as i purchased 2 bed the same and one payment is still being taken by dd and now i just purchsed another single bed im worried the issue might come back again i dont expect this from big company like dreams

The time we visit wasn't too busy but if the store get busy you won't be able to look after what customer's aftering.

would have liked to brought item home the same day not having to wait two weeks for delivery

I was a little lost with shop layout in the beginning, but the staff helped me.

Needed a wider selection of mid range priced beds to chooses from. Should also have choice of bed base colour. Also there were no Sealy beds available at a similar price to the Silentnight I ended up buying. Also, paying to have a divan bed set up is ridiculous. All they have to do is either clip together underneath the bed or at the sides before putting the mattress on. That sort of basic service should be inclusive. Especially when you have paid so much on buying the bed.
