Dreams - Haringey

I returned to Dreams after 8 years (having ordered a whole bedroom suite previously). I returned because I had been very happy previously and I experienced an even better service this time around. The staff at Dreams were very polite and did not pressurise me at all. When I made two visits to decide on my final choice I also telephoned twice for further advice and I was impressed by the excellent customer service I received from Jalal. He has been the most helpful member of a customer service staff than I can remember for a long time. The whole experience was down to how he handled me as a customer and I witnessed whether even a customer bought one pillow (and I witnessed this) he was as polite to this customer as one making a much larger order. I will always continue to shop at Dreams now and will be returning to purchase more items in the not too distant future.

Jalal was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and spent a lot of time helping me with choosing the right bed and mattress.

I found the sales assistant, Julien, very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and calming, very helpful without being pushy.

Tessa was so welcoming when my mother and I entered the store. She was so professional and friendly throughout. She had the extreme knowledge of the mattresses and frame in which we were both trying to figure out which was best. She was very patient with my mom who is registered blind. She made sure my mom was 100% happy with her choice. She explained the finance option to us as this is what we opted for. I have always been happy with Dreams over all and the cleanliness of the store.

Jalal was really helpful, we got to try lots of options and get an understanding of what we were looking for. Also, the website said the sofabed we wanted wasn't available to view in store, but in fact they did have it which was a great surprise.

We went into the store knowing the frame we wanted, however we didnt know which mattress to choose. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were able to find the frame and mattress within an hour.

My salesperson politely approached me as soon as I walked into the shop. Offered me the bed test to find my perfect bed, explained Covid 19 rules around bed testing, for the shop and for delivery in my home. Offered me refreshment. Assisted me in finding my perfect bed and accessories. Once I had found my perfect bed assisted me with payment solutions, purchasing and delivery of my purchase. The salesperson was polite, friendly and very accommodating throughout the whole experience. One of the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.
