We knew what we wanted, and we explained this clearly to the staff member (who was generally absolutely great). However, there were several up-sells going on which were awkward, uncomfortable, and not helpful in getting us what we wanted. Had we wanted new pillows, for example, we would have said. I don't blame the staff member. I actually felt sorry for him when he was called away by his manager to return with some extra pillows we might want to "add".

Getting to and from the Dreams store is a bit of a hassle as the car park/traffic layout is so awful I would avoid going back to that retail park ever again if it can be helped. It's not Dreams fault, but is puts a downer on the whole experience as by the time you get there you just want to leave asap to then sit in traffic because you know it will take ages just to get out the car park. Also the gym above the store makes for a lot of banging noises- which is not ideal when you are with someone who is anxious at the best of times.

Because the bed that I wanted needed 8 weeks to be delivered but the assistant could help find another one that I liked and bought with less time for delivery.

I could not see and test the Magenta Pocket Sprung Mattress, because it was not placed in the store (online available only)!
