Julien the store assistant is very helpful and explained properly the items and products we intend to purchased. He is polite and courteous. He knows very well the products he will offer to his customers.

I was not highly satisfied because there was o only one of your colleague in the store.i was in the store for a short while then a couple came in followed bt another couple after ten minutes. Your colleague was in a rush, spoke in a rush did my order in a rush. The whole experience of dealing with five customers who made purchases was very stressful and very unpleasant for her. She felt pressurized and I think it was very unfair for her to be by herself. I shopped and bought beds from dreams about 15 years ago,never had this type of experience before.

I was satisfied with my visit - 8 of 10 is pretty good. I don't believe I got the best deal, the staff seemed to be restricted in what they could offer in terms of a discount. I understand this is set by Dreams HQ but it is quite restrictive when trying to close a deal.
