everything was great except the time it took to place the order as the worker was new and needed support. I understood but I did get tired of waiting.

The bed we looked at online wasn’t what we expected it to be in person. We didn’t feel that it had been well represented by the photos online. Hence we left with only a mattress on this occasion.

I was more than satisfied with the choice on offer and Tessa’s assistance. I will reserve ‘highly satisfied’ after delivery goes as planned.

I would of liked to try out a bed I saw online in store as this was one of the USPs I got sold on against going for a Simba/ Emma mattress.
