Dreams - Haringey

I was assisted by Sharon who was very helpful and offered me & my sister tea & coffee and the use of the toilet. I went to the store with a price in mind, Sharon however used a skills and expertise to convince me to invest more in my mattress. Although this was something I was reluctant to do I am very pleased that I did and did not feel as if I had been ripped off. I am glad that I spent over my budget and feel that if it wasn't for Sharon this would not have happened. She definitely is a credit to your company and I felt that I could trust what she was saying and that she understood my needs.

The staff were very help full and giving very good advice and explained how to build the frame and I ve been happy with Mr jalal and Mr stuart

I tend to judge a store by the customer service I receive - - - and on this occasion it was first class! Dreams Colleague, ( Jalal,) was polite and courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and discreet - - - without being ' pushy '! In fact I can't fault the service he offered. In my book, good customer service is the difference between making a purchase or leaving a store without a purchase. Well done Jalal!! I was also impressed by the variety of products on display - - - with items that would suit most budgets. First impressions count, and this branch was clean and bright, with the displays set out in an attractive manner.

The colleague who served me who was Elda. She was very helpful, she explain me the advantages of the mattress that I bought. Also she was very friendly, she ask if i would like to drink tea or water. She gave balloons to my childrens.

We felt that they really listened to us and our needs and they understood what we required. We were invited to try the beds and the pillows without the pressure of making a purchase, which was fantastic, because we felt that the sales assistant was listening to us, instead of trying to push products on us. Which was refreshing and great, compared to other shops that don't care about what you need, and they just push you to buy expensive products you don't need. We were very satisfied in particular about our bed, which was only recently made in King Size, and your employee helped us and asked the main office about it. We felt that our money was valued and we weren't seen only like a wallet, but as human beings. A rare thing in today's retail industry! Congratulations for setting a high standard!
