The sales assistant his name Jalal was very, very helpful because i was not sure of the mattress to go with the bed that i bought, but he did advised me on which one to buy. I will diffidently go back if need to purchase any other item or recommend him to anyone else. thanks Jalal

Kweku was really helpful and informative. He had good knowledge of the product and was just giving me information objectively without trying to influence my purchase. I really liked it because I had already done an internet search and I found him very honest. He was very polite and gave me a lot of time in order to decide without pressure. I had previously been to another Dreams store and because I found the assistance poor I did not buy anything. I believe that staff with excellent communication skills make the difference. My sales assistant Sharon knew her sales, & she was extremely efficient, & helpful. She offered me a cup of tea, that her most polite colleague was quick to oblige. It was a very positive change to get people who were interested in making my first visit to your branch, a very positive experience. I was very impressed & could not help but purchase.
