Wonderful Customer Service, friendly Sharon at Arena shopping Centre! Very nice!

Because the salesperson Sharon was so helpful and nice!

Sharon the lady who attended was very good at making me and family feel at ease. She allowed us the time to discuss our options and choose what we really wanted. She knew about the products and was even patient with my little son who was very irritable during our time at the store. I give her a full 10/10 for customer service.

I was highly satisfied as the staff took care of me with patience and gave me good explanations and knowledge towards the beds and mattresses so for this reason i would come back to the store if in need of another bed or matress and would recommend this store to friends and family.

We placed an order at Arena Shopping Prk,Haringey. Stuart been amazing understanding what was we looking for , very patient , and helpful staff.

The service was very good and so was the advice although some of the mattresses were not available.

Jalal, who served us, was incredibly helpful & friendly. He helped us find the perfect bed. Very happy!
