Dreams - Haringey

As soon as i entered the shop i had a pleasant greeting by your assistant Sharon who was very helpful and knowledgeable and invited me to test the products, ordering was very simple and quick, whilst waiting i was made a very nice cup of coffee i was also given a brochure to look at in liesure time even when other people came into the shop they were still greeted, i found sharon to be popular with shoppers happy to wait and seek her advice, i feel she is an asset to your branch ther in Haringey N4

We went to Dreams in Haringey. The customer service was excellent. The only minor issue is we have to wait a month the bed to be delivered. However, overall me and my husband are really satisfied with Dreams. Thank you.

The member of staff gave perfect customer service, informative and engaging in a way that made us really keen to buy but not pushy. He offered to put our bags somewhere safe. He provided a pillow and bottle of water, it's these small touches that made a big difference. We ended up spending more than we imagined, however this was due to the transparent pricing system. We had a very open dialogue with the sales assistant and he was clear where we could make savings. I would however prefer the prices were just cheaper rather than negotiating a discount (this is more to do with the system itself rather than the service we received) Overall we felt genuinely well looked after and that our custom was valued.

Kweku was polite and knowledgeable. He made us feel relaxed and was very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and used his product knowledge to guide us to try mattresses he thought would be most suitable for us. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable with our purchase as is the first bed we have bought. He is a credit to dreams.

Have a dreams bed already but a few years old.Wanted similar one again,so comfortable . Phoned shop in Haringey spoke to Stuart,extremly helpful.Went into shop today assisted by Elda,very helpful,also Stuart introduced himself after learning I was the one he spoke to yesterday. Both understood what I needed (I'm disabled) and it didnt take me long to find a bed I really felt comfortable on . Also liked the idea of being able to change the mattress if not suitable.( Short time in shop not long enough to try out) Also given bottle of cold water,very much appreciated . Not pushy,thank God, but very helpful staff .

The level of service we received was perfect. Sharon, our sales assistant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were quite specific about the bed we wanted to buy and she understood exactly what we needed. This is the second time we have purchased a bed from Dreams and from the level of service we received, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

The staff were helpful and patient. They encouraged us to take our time to find the mattress that was most comfortable and applied no pressure for the upsale. They were very good at pointing out similar mattress which we may not have considered and were clear about the 40 night comfort guarantee. Only bad part of the experience was how hot the store was, I cannot imagine having to work in that heat daily!

Add called Jalal firstly welcomed is. It is a Hatingely branch. He was polite and respectful. Offered us tea. We didn't feel pressurised. Also showed different bed. Quality and guarantee he explained. Overall his working experience was ver high standard. I will alwYs recommend about Deeam specially about Haringey branch.
