Kweke was extremely friendly and very helpful...he also had a lot of patience...especially as I can be quite stroppy sometimes...I had no hesitation to returning to Dreams for my daughters bed...😀😀😀

This is the first time me and my husband have shopped in Dreams and we are really happy we did as we got excellent customer service by the sales assistance Kadeem. We were looking for pillows and Kadeem helped us find the perfect ones to suit our needs and prefrance. He gave us a lot of time and did not rush us and gave us all the details we needed to know about the products that we wanted to buy. Me and my husband walked out as very happy customers and this was our first purchase from Dreams and we are really happy with our buy. Thank you Kadeem.

Very pleasant visit as the sales lady named Elda has approached us and asked us if we're ok and she was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Very quick pleasant transaction as we already know what we are looking for as we have already looked on the website before visiting the store.

We were very happy, we went during a bank holiday sale so the prices were really good, we didn't have a huge amount to spend so were pleased that we were able to get something high quality in our budget. Kadeem, whom served us, was a delight. He was friendly and informed and felt he was always available if we had a question, I don't tend to respond well to pushy salesmanship and we don't tend like being sold something. But he got the balance just right. And he laughed at my jokes.

Sharon (Dreams store, London N4 1ED) was excellent - both knowledgeable and engaging from when I picked up my phone to ring the store for information, to visiting the store on the same day, to purchasing my products.

The sales staff that dealt with myself and myself were first class. Both Sharon and the previous visit Kweki are a credit to your organisation. They posses that rare quality of being both knowledgeable and charming. Their skills are undoubtedly a significant reason for us making our decision to purchase from you. Answering all enquiries throughly, but at no time made us feel pressured. A credit to your company.
