The people who helped cam, just in time, the mattress was extremely comfortable, and it was completed in the blink of the eye. The workers were extremely kind in the store and they showed us many beds and were really kind. We will visit the store again

The overall assistance & experience was good. The staff are very friendly & even made a cup of tea to enjoy whilst placing our order. I had not bought a bed & mattress for years! and had not realized how expensive they were, however, you get what you pay for & we got a great bed & mattress for a fair price. I would return again & recommend to others.

I had recently purchased a bad mattress online and went to Dreams for advice on a memory foam mattress to replace the one I was going to send back as it caused me severe joint pains. From the moment I walked in the staff member who helped me(Kweku) was both friendly and attentive to my needs. He showed me 3 types of Tempur mattresses and gave me a pillow to rest on whilst trying out each of the mattresses. He was able to give me detailed explanations on the tension of each mattress and how it would benefit me getting a good nights sleep. Once I had decided what mattress I wanted to buy he offered me a cup of tea whilst he went through all the credit checks and kept me informed at each step of the cost of each item,delivery slot, the Dreams 8 year bed cover etc. Kweku is clearly a staff member who knows his stuff and has exceptional customer service skills. I can 100% say this was a great experience and Kweku indeed made the whole experience of buying a mattress a fun ordeal! Thanks again :)

I was met by a member of staff who was very friendly and polite took his time to explain the product I wanted and he answered all the questions I asked him even difference between the mattresses he also gave me options he was helpful

Exstreamly nice sales man was under no pressure and was shown a bed that was perfect for my little boys room. I couldn't be more satisfied than I am and will always go to dreams in the future as they provide a great customer service in evey way.
