i shopped at Haringey store and Sharon served me and was very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The memebers of staff at the branch are welcoming especially Kweka. He explained everything to me especially the advantage of buying quality beds in views of my age. He was very respective, polite and friendly. I would recommend him for promotion if you give one to your staff.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams. The staff were very friendly, very knowledgeable and very patient. When I placed my order I was quite surprisedthat I was going to get my bed in such a short space of time, before Christmas, which fitted with my plans very well.

We weren't exactly sure of what we wanted specifically, but wanted to look and feel out the beds and then decide. The customer service representative was very attentive, patient, and helpful. We left feeling excited with our bed and realised that he helped us with exactly what we wanted (even though we didn't know it to start off with). Very satisfied and friendly customer service and I would definately recommend.

I visited the store before today to have a look around and get some prices to show the other half. Kadeem was there on my first visit and gave me his time without giving me the hard sale. He also stayed interested in me even when i said i wouldnt be buying it today. When i returned a few weeks later he remembered me and delivered the same friendly helpful service as my initial visit. Kadeem is a very nice friendly chap and gave us good advice

I was immediately greeted by the sales assistant who spent a considerable amount of time finding out what I needed, showing me a great selection, offering advice without being pushy, and showing that he cared about the purchase. I ended up spending more than I was anticipating but thanks to the assistance I feel very happy with the choices I made. Excellent service and products!

Kadeem answered all of our questions and allowed us time to think over our decisions without pressure. He offered us a drink on numerous occasions.
