Wile trying to find the perfect mattress for my bad back I went in to a handful of different shops and also one or two other Dreams stores. As soon as I walked into the Harringey branch of Dreams Kweku was friendly, knowledgable and always happy to help. He told me how the mattresses were made, what they were made of and why some might be more suited to me than others. It took me a while to make up my mind but he was as friendly and helpful on the first visit as he was on the last.

Sharon was very very helpful as soon as we got into the shop. After a little bit of chatting about what we are looking for she pointed out the perfect mattress for us. We didn't have to spend ages at the shop, she didn't try to talk us into something we didn't really want, she was informative, fast and very nice. It was a really good experience.
