Dreams - Haringey

Prior to going to dreams I had looked at a tv bed at (bensons for beds) what a fiasco the assistant nor his manager new how to operate the bed, they then told me to go to another store to get a demonstration, they gave me a quote for the bed and mattress and i left, the next day I went to my gym in haringey, were beneath there is a branch of dreams, so I popped in and was greeted by a gentleman called stuart,I explained what I was looking for and showed him the quote I had got from bensons, he then proceeded to put together a like for like package which actually came out at a slightly higher price but the bed was demonstrated fully and knowledgeably this is what had me sold, I went away to measure up and was given a follow up call a couple of days later from Mr King, another few days had passed and I popped back in and discussed payment terms, and insurance cover, I then signed on the dotted line as a happy customer awaiting delivery A+++

The Assistant was very pleasant and not pushy

The staff were extremely helpful in arranging a new mattress following issues with the old one.

We were mainly satisfied due to the outstanding customer service we received from Jalal . He gave us information and then have us space to try the products out . He checked on us regularly and informed us of the correct products based on our needs. He was friendly and even offered us a lovely coffee whilst we shopped ! Would return to dreams due to this outstanding informative service we received !
