I was Greeted upon arrival from Julian and shown the bed I was looking for straight away

I arrived 4.30pm (bit late) and I apologised as I believe staff in general be getting ready to wind down, but Julian said no don't worry and offer the sanitizer and his service. He offered the system where it assess best type of mattress for me. (didn't know such a system existed so I was well pleased.

Booked appointment seen on time. The young lady was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the product. Helpful and respectful offered water in bottles. Overall the experience was positive and delivery time excellent.

I was meet at the door by a sales rep who was highly friendly, very knowledgeable and helped me with my order end to end, focusing entirely on me the whole time I was there and ensuring we were helped quickly and efficiently

Julian greeted me as I entered the store and it was a wonderful experience from that moment onwards. The store was immaculate and the staff friendly. Julian was very patient and listened to what I had to say, he was then very efficient and accommodating in helping me find the best frame and mattress for my needs all with the most genuine and professional attitude. At all times I felt like social distancing was adhered to and I felt incredibly safe.

I was serve by a Sales Advisor name Ash. He took his time and showed us different range of Mattress of which I asked for, as I wanted 2000 pocket spring mattress as my Son hurt his back and needed a firm mattress. So he showed us a range of 5 mattress. Then I asked him about sleep match and explained to what it actually does. The mattress we choose was on the sleep match. But Ash up sales us to a better mattress with Natural materials as my son is asthmatic. I paid more by going over budget. But as a bed mattress & Bedframe is good quality I made the purchase. So am awaiting for my delivery on the 28.07.21. Thank you Janisha Pem
